This is a 0.4 mm thick fiberglass base plate that is cut specifically for the Ninja line of motorycles that accept the LP1 model turn signal.

This color is Candy Thunder Blue.  This plate is also clear coated.   The paint is mixed by Color Rite.  The clear coat is a Sikkens Akzo Nobel AutoBase Plus II product and both coatings shoud last the life time of the bike.
